Tragic NCCC Mall Davao Fire Incident : What Goes Wrong?

DAVAO CITY, Philippines BREAKING NEWS — The 14 year-old Davao City, local shopping center NCCC Mall was caught by a massive fire two days before Christmas on December 23, 2017. The saddest part : 37 people dead in NCCC Mall Davao Fire. What were the loopholes? 3 THINGS 1.  Authorities found that there was no functioning sprinkler system at the third floor of the building, where the fire started. 2. No connection between alarm system at SSI and mall’s 3. No functioning sprinkler system. “There was no water, not even a sprinkler head.
